Scientists have found a gene that may predispose one to become an alcoholic, does that mean alcoholics should get a free pass too? Of course not. Just because someone is more capable of committing a certain immoral act does not mean that that thing is not immoral. Most people aren't capable of murder, but some are, and it is up to that person to make the right choice. The same applies to sodomy. If it is indeed true that sodomites cannot help that they are attracted to people of the same sex than they have two choices, celibacy or sodomy.
